BOOKING PROCEDURES
When booking the apartments in Les 2 Alpes:
- a deposit you will be asked to validate your reservation.
- the balance will be payable at least 1 month before the start of your stay
- A deposit check of 500 euros will also be requested. If the outgoing inventory is compliant, it will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure.
- An incoming and outgoing inventory will be made at the time of your entry and your departure. A deposit check of 40 euros for the cleaning will be requested during the incoming inventory. It will be returned to you if the inventory of fixtures concerning the cleaning is compliant.
For your reservation on apartments in Lyon:
- A 100% deposit will be requested when booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
We undertake to reimburse the tenant in full for the sums incurred:
- If the tenant is unable to go to the rental location due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State (confinement, isolation, travel ban, etc.).
- If I am obliged to give up the vacation rental because of the regulatory provisions put in place by the State (health conditions, prohibition to rent, etc.).
This guarantee does not apply, however, to other grounds for impediment that the tenant could invoke (beaches and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc.). Where applicable, the conditions of the penalty clause relating to the sums committed apply.
